"Being that I’m 5 mins away from this location I thought it was better versus driving 10-12 mins to the one on Westheimer. This is my 3rd time ordering from this location . The 1st time I ordered it wasn’t that great but I decided to give them another chance b/c I assumed it was just a bad night. The 2nd time not to bad but tonight it was ridiculous. I paid close to $30 (15 pc combo ) to have wings without flavor and overcooked fries with no season. I ordered the lemon pepper and the hot honey rub. All 15 wings had no flavor .This Wingstop location isn’t living up to their motto “Where flavor gets its wings”. I immediately called and was basically told that nothing could be done . The lady who answered said she had to speak to the General manager and had me on hold for more than 10 mins . By the time she came back to the phone it was close to 9pm and I told her that I would deal it being that my kids were hungry . I told her never mind and from now on I would just go further down to the other wingstop. I wasn’t offered a redo nor a credit back. She actually said “Enjoy your wings”. I would not be going back to this location . Nor do I recommend this location."

"The customer service is very good - staff is always polite and helpful. They also work to always have the food ready in good time. Personally, I find the seasoned fries too salty and always have them with no seasoning, but that's just my personal preference."

"From the moment I walked in, I felt like all attention was given to me as a customer. I don't remember the name of the nice guy that took my order but I do remember his last initial was an "L", so I will refer to him and Mr. L. Mr. L took my order and made sure we had everything. Not only me, but every person that came through the door he greeted with a smile. I personally admire that type of customer service because it's not widely seen anymore. I hope he gets his props! The food was subpar but the service was excellent and for that I will be returning as a customer."

"Not the best experience at this Wingstop. Probably won’t be going back. $33 for a meal and everything kind of just sucked, aside from the wings themselves. The fries were over cooked, and super salty. They mixed the hot wings with the lemon pepper and not sure how they poured it in there but the hot sauce was everywhere. It leaked out the container onto the other box of wings too, and on all the veggie sticks. Not sure what was on the veggie sticks either but I chunked those since it had an oily layer and they just looked bad. I left the bag as is on the car seat and never once did it fall/tip over. This is ridiculous. They even placed the sticker on there without previewing the food like other Wingstops I’ve been to before."

"The wait is about 18-20 minutes. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh, and even the veggie sticks were fresh. If you all of a sudden get the craving to eat hot wings at 11:30 pm like we do, rest assure wing stop will cook those suckers up. They stop taking calls at 11:30p, last walk in is at 11:45p. Enjoy!!"
