Burger King

"Went to burger king on Airport. No problem with parking . It was mid afternoon. Staff friendly, and they were dressed in their relatively clean uniforms. Food served, burger and fries served without delay and hot. Facility relatively clean. There were a few tables that needed cleaning. No dining in, not busy, a few carryout orders, so ,no reason for there to be dirty tables. Yes, I would order from there again."

"This is absolutely the worst Burger King in the city of Houston. I live in the area so I visited this Burger King frequently and after today I can assure you that they will never get my money again. It seems like everybody wants that was high today. I gave them my order over six times, to multiple different employees, stood in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes only for them to constantly not get my order right. Then the managers had a terrible attitude their customer service is trash. The general manager refused to give me her supervisors information. This was by far the worst experience. Google needs to come up with an option to give no stars because this place and their employees are trash."

"I ordered my food online to get here and a guy tells me there is a 20 min wait because it's shift change time. I was late going to work because I couldn't cancel my order online and had to wait. They didn't even offer me anything free for waiting so long because they are not organized. I will not be returning to this location again."

"My daughter and I were standing in line together, took awhile for an employee to walk over and help us, they looked at us, didn't greet us, and kept doing what they were doing. Finally an employee comes over asks for our order, I gestured for her to go first, he took my daughter's order, then turned away from us to clean the ice cream machine, he didn't ask if I was ordering as well......he finally looked back up and asked if wanted to order and I said yes, if you don't mind......I order the bacon cheese melt.....it was DRY and luke warm...... couldn't even taste any bacon"

"I must give the management and staff at this Airport and 288 location major kudos. Each time I've visited and ordered food, workers were very polite, greeted me at the window, and displayed excellent professionalism. I'm grateful to have a fast food spot in this area that provides great service and proper fast food. Please continue to keep up the great work, you are appreciated."
