"To be honest this place is the worst, I went there this morning. The lady in the morning at the first register cashier (she speak Spanish) was really rude, she was with a really bad attitude, she was just looking the way to argue with me for not reason when I was just trying to pay for the service at western union. She didn’t help me like is supposed to, she is the perfect example the unhappy and frustrated person working in customer service. Please HR Walgreens if you’re going to put someone in the front of the cashier machine make sure at the hiring process that person for perform the rol has the quality and the ability of deal with customer service. Thank you"

"Complete lack of respect for people. I’m literally returning a phone call from the pharmacy. Told to hold on and wait for pharmacist. I waited. She picks up the phone and rudely asks what I want, I begin to talk and she cuts me off. Then doesn’t even say anything and passes the phone to a tech who says “she’s not comfortable filling your prescription”. Which is fine, but apparently nobody raised anyone in that pharmacy on 1/27/2024 with manners or taught them how to respect other people. Especially when I wasn’t rude to them. Sorry you people can’t be bothered to be asked questions. My day started well before all of theirs, on top of being at work already for the last 96 hours, so being busy or tired isn’t an excuse to treat people the way they did."

"This Walgreens is the worst pharmacy! My dr. Called my prescription 3 times (in fact they called in front of me bc I didn’t want to hear from the pharmacist saying that it was never called) well I went waited 20 minutes to be told nothing was called that they didn’t have my prescription. When my dr office called they spoke to a girl , how after calling 3 times and speaking to a live person my prescription was never called ??? It’s been since Tuesday and it’s now Saturday and still nothing ? The manager at this store needs to do a better job at hiring people that actually wants to work , last time I was there there were 3 girls in the front (pharmacist ) talking about how she was the only one that worked there and how tired she was of working with lazy people and tired of how rude the staff in there was with patients and that she wanted to move to another Walgreens and I get it now, bc they are obviously not doing their job no wonder why they have 2 star reviews bc they suck! All the reviews are just awful and is bc the Walgreens is horrible they should closed down I get it I’m not the only patient that they have to take care of but how many times can a dr office called in order for patients to get their prescriptions? The passport section are also lazy I went to get passport pictures and no one wanted to help the Hispanic lady ( she might be the manager I dk ) she was being rude to this Indian lady that works there and the Hispanic lady saw me standing in there waiting for Someone to help and she didn’t do anything to help ( the Indian lady seemed very nice but Also overwhelmed by the Hispanic manager bc She was pretty much screaming at her cuz she had messed up in some pictures ) these people that are called managers and employees have 0 customer service skills! Never coming back to this place or sending patients to this pharmacy"

"Just echoing what the other reviews say here. We had a terrible experience. It's complete amateur hour at this place, I can't believe they were given a license to dispense medication. The pharmacist, Priscilla, lied to my face and started yelling at me saying she had no record of my prescription and that she couldn't help me. I showed her the app which showed that they had the prescription and had cancelled it. When she saw that, she was rolled her eyes and said, "well I guess you have proof." Only then did she actually do something. I had already waited over an hour (plus the hour spent on the phone where I was put on hold and could hear them talking and laughing in the background before they'd just hang up). This place is unorganized and the staff is rude and lies to you. It is shocking that this "pharmacy" is allowed to operate like this. Figure yourself out and if you see Priscilla, run!"

"This could have cost my kid his life if it was any other medication today because the prescription we got had wrong directions on it. I understand being 24hr and understaffed is tough, but in no way it should result in people getting sicker after using your medications than without them because of your errors. My kid was prescribed a lidocaine solution for gargling. I went to the pharmacy, waited 1.5hrs and only got “we’re understaffed” instead of the medication. My spouse, who didn’t go to the doctor with us, went to this pharmacy an hour later and after standing in a very long line finally got the prescription and was told to “follow the directions on the package”. So he came home and following the directions gave a full dose of lidocaine to our kid to SWALLOW because nowhere on the directions it said “gargle”, it said “TAKE”! I was calling poison control as soon as I heard what happened. I still can’t sleep and keep checking on the kid for side effects. Never have I ever doubted the professionalism of the pharmacy stuff, but now I will always double check. How can I now be sure if I even got the right medication or the correct concentration?? I can’t! Cause they’re exhausted and understaffed! This location needs to either go completely or somehow get fixed. Judging by the reviews, it’s barely holding together and people may get hurt"
