"I have never took the time to leave a review before this is definitely my first and I would never have left a review after only one mistake or even two but I'm a Chick-fil-A fan everywhere I move I get Chick-fil-A and this Hass to be the worst Chick-fil-A. The customer service is Is horrible, especially from the adults the young 16-years that work there, handle their self a lot better than the adults its It sad but they will mess up every single order every single time. Literally, I have never gotten one order and I've probably ordered from there in the past year or 30 times ahha Chick-fil-A is awesome but this store does not represent Chick-fil-A. The Spanish manager is probably the worst manager I've ever handled with . Do yourself a favor and just don't order here because they will make you feel crazy"

"I ordered grilled and got crispy instead. This is the first time it’s happened at this location. The kids will recite the order back to me correctly, but somehow they always get it wrong. I will not be going to this location again until you hire more competent workers."

"I ordered a salad and after eating half of the salad I discovered a dead fly in my food. My initial reaction was shock, disgust and I was also upset that my favorite fast food restaurant had let me down. I went to the counter to address the situation. I spoke with the assistant manager and he offered to remake the salad and refund me my money back. At that point I did not want another salad but I did want my money back. I also wanted to speak with a higher up manager just so that I could inform them of what had happened and so this could never happen again. He pointed to a woman in the dining area who was talking with someone else and said she is our GM. I will inform her and let her know that you would like to talk. He came back shortly with another assistant manager and told me that she did not want to speak and that he should go find someone else to solve the problem. So at this point I felt like my concern was getting brushed off because I am black and she did not want to deal with a black woman and her concerns. So then I proceeded to walk to her and patiently waited for her to finish her conversation. When she finished I addressed her, and she responded with a laugh and said “That's Gross” with a huge smile on her face and proceeded to tell me she was aware and all she could do was give me a refund. When she laughed in my face she showed me that she had no regards to my concerns. I was honestly quite humiliated, because had I not been paying attention I could have eaten that bug and her response to that was to laugh in my face. She said her name was Nina but I'm not sure because she did not have a name tag. She was small and petite and very insensitive. She did refund me my money, but never apologized or anything. All I got from her was a laugh in my face. I feel like if I was a customer of a lighter color. She would have come and spoke with me immediately to address my concerns but instead I got blown off and laughed at. So thank you Nina and Chick Fil A for ruining my fast food experience."

"Ordered 2 salads and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. We received our food minus the sandwich and fries and dressing for 1 of the salads. Go back to the counter to let them know of our missing items and to pay the difference. They decided to give the sandwich and fries for free (thank you) but was told they'd bring the dressing out. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting on dressing and inquired a 2nd time. Was told they'd bring it out. Instead, we watched the young man walking to and fro fraternizing with his coworkers. By now it's 15 minutes of salad but still waiting on the dressing. Go BACK to the counter to ask for the dressing and the young man tried to return us back to our seats, stating that he'd bring it to us. My dinner date pointed to the 2 dressings sitting on the counter behind him and told him that they're right there. And to please pass them over. As for the salad itself, there's WAYYYYYYYY to many stems (see pic.) Mind you, pic was taken AFTER I ate multiple stems. Do better please!"

"I came here and all the staff were very friendly! ! Of course they have the best sweet tea and I love the chicken! All the staff were very friendly and positive, it was a great morning for everyone and the delicious breakfast and sweet tea was definitely a plus! Thanks for the very friendly staff! Keep up the good work!"
