"Went to this Zumiez so excited to see the quality of the store coming from a former zumiez manager I was HIGHLY disappointed. The store was packed and there was multiple people in the store looking for product and who needed help and the workers were standing on their phone behind the cash rap. I was given no attention and there phones were more important than me. Went in with the intention to buy and left with nothing but a bad experience."

"Sunday we called a few locations looking for some independent bearings, this store had one pair left. I also got a deck and just took in some old trucks and wheels to complete it. The guy there was very helpful and friendly. He stayed well past closing time to change the bearings out on one board and to complete the board I had just purchased. He was also kind enough to give us a pair of tensor trucks that he had laying around. Very cool dude, he had long hair and eye glasses. He made our experience much more enjoyable."
"the workers were so nice. i covered a guy in front of me and one of the guys behind the counter gave me money back and said "a good deed for a good deed." i've never experienced that at the zumiez in my home city, so i thought that was really nice. the girl who was checking me out kept apologizing because she got confused, but my visit was overall great and i enjoyed it so much!"
