"Don’t be misled by the hours listed on google maps, Apple Maps, and the sonic app itself. Even though this sonic is listed as opening at 7 on weekdays, if you go at 7:40 there will be nobody working so if you place an order ahead on your app, you’re out of luck."

"By far this is the Worst Sonic I have ever been to. It has gone downhill. A lot of the screens are damaged trash all over the place. If you come to this location be prepared to be here 20 mins or more just for a slushy when it's Not packed. The workers are lazy and slow. This location needs a new manager and staff. I will never be returning"

"We had a bad experience here a few years ago and I decided to give them another chance. I pre-ordered on the app, and the food was waiting for me when I got there. The car hop was fast in bringing it out, and very friendly. It's convenient for me, so I'll probably be stopping by again."

"First the staff did not know how to correctly complete the order. They have not been trained on how to complete a tax exempt transaction. Which every employee making monetary order transaction should have known and been trained in. So it took over 30 minutes for the lady who did not give us her name to go and call someone to ask about this and find out how to complete this transaction. She took a long time on the phone with someone then came back and completed the tax exempt transaction that she told us "they did not do" at first. Our order is now cold at this point she did not offer to remake or do anything for the inconvenience that she caused for her inadequacy in being trained to complete these types of transactions then forcing us to wait while she conducts training over the phone. We also had a pre order that was ordered thru the app that was not ready at the stated time it should have been then we had to wait an additional amount of time for that. The initial order was wrong, the staff was not friendly at all did not have any customer service skills whatsoever and did not render quality service. This location failed miserably and we will not be visiting this location in the future. People please pad this page up if you are in the area unless you want to experience these same problems and issues."
