Church's Texas Chicken

"dont get me wrong churchs chicken is my favorite fast food chicken but why is this location always drive thru only? might be a staffing issue. please fix this, as this is a way to deter customers"

"order 10 pieces for 11.99, came home to find out they only put 7 pieces and have the audacity to ask me if I count correctly. LOL never again. If you're like me better count your pieces before you leave the place or they going to tell you learn to count."

"Ordered online at 8:30 pm got there 8:39 to get my order lobby was closed waited in drive through behind 4 cars. By the time i got my order it was soggy and grease was coming out of the box. Suppose to had been 2 orders leg and thigh. Got leg and thigh and leg and leg. Havent had churchs in about a year. Wont be having churchs at all!!! Tried calling the same night and following day and no answer!!! $10 fo a 1/2 pound of chicken saturated in grease!!!"

In a world where we value cleanliness and customer satisfaction, such actions are just shocking. One would think a renowned chain like Church's would maintain certain standards. But if this location is anything to go by, think twice before you decide to dine here. They need a serious overhaul in both their kitchen practices and customer service. If they're this careless with visible issues, it really makes you wonder about the things you can't see."
