"Service was horrible! From the hostess ignoring everyone, to the non-existant bartender, to the manager that had blinders on to all of it! The Queso was watery and came out ice cold, chips were stale, and boneless wings were also barely warm. Carrots were old, dry and cracked. Overall, a total disappointment. Definitely not the quality of a street side location. To top it off, they charged me for a tall draft beer, but said they were out of glasses so I took regular size and they still charged for a tall. No follow up on anything!"

"Was not a good experience at all. They had 1 waiter to take orders and deliver drinks to a full capacity restaurant. Did not go well at all. The entrées were cold when we finally received them. My husband was only able to eat 3 of his boneless wings, which were hard and cold. He said the carrots were good at least and did enjoy the mac and cheese. For it to be a pricey place, the quality and service needs help. If you do plan to order from here, if you don't want to spend more than an hour there, order take out."

"My layover was less than an hour, and I’m glad BBW was right next to my gate. Ivory was a fantastic server and brightened my day with her kindness and efficiency. She brought the check right away, allowing me to dash off when my flight started boarding, and let me know which menu items would be ready right away. I went with a tall Blue Moon and a side of mac and cheese — $20 total."

"Good experience. I had the Breakfast Quesadilla with Bacon for $9.99 and it was pretty good. I was seated at a little table outside restaurant. It was okay, but seating was crowded and service was a bit slow. I had to ask for napkins after food was delivered, and drink was never refilled."
