"1* for this experience. I've been going to this particular Subway for a long time. Never had such bad customer service. There was only one lady working , I had an online order and I was 10 minutes late on picking up my order. The lady explained to me that she had to finish with everybody else in the lobby before she got to my order. I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. After questioning her about it she starts talking Spanish to some of the customers and they smirked. So of course I know she was saying something about me. Very unprofessional. "Omg where do I start, I ordered a grill chicken wrap and a meatball marinara sandwich.the wrap was rolled up like a burrito the meatball sandwich only had freaking meatballs on that’s it and to top it off they ran out of black pepper.every time I go to this location it’s always somebody new I would not recommend to a dog let alone a human."

"Ordered on the app so my order would be ready by the 30 mins I was going to take to pick it up, end up getting there with 1 person in front of me they still hadn’t even started my online order mind you it was already suppose to be ready, the two girls were in such a bad mood when I saw the girl was doing my online order all wrong I told her about it and she fixed it which was great but I had to ask if they can microwave it since apparently the oven wasn’t working, I wish they would of called me to let me know when I placed the order, spent over $45 for cold and dry sandwiches very disappointed."
