"ordered a spicy deluxe with american cheese online as a curbside order, but got a grilled sandwich instead, the sticker on the sandwich box even says “SpcyDlx + Am”, also all 3 fries i got were barely filled up, the guy who ran my food out was pretty chill tho"

"The food has consistently been hot and tasted fresh [for fast food] at this location and they get you your food quickly. Even with high traffic I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I've been here 10+ times."

"In drive through, staff was nice as always. Bacon egg cheese biscuit was cold, so parked and took it to the window. Young lady in gray apologized and said she’d have a fresh one made. I waited and waited and waited. She looked at me several times as she laughed and did a little here and there. Had to finally get her attention and ask about the sandwich. She had someone get one. Got to car and guess what, cold. Took it back and now running late. She said the cheese just isn’t melted. I had her feel the biscuit and she acknowledged it was cold. Asked me if I wanted a refund. I told her I was late and didn’t have time to stop and to just give me anything that might be hot. She gave me a chicken sandwich. Not what I wanted but at least it was warm. As I walked away two others at the walk up window that had been waiting this entire time, said this is the worst chick fil a location. Won’t be back"
