"The third time here, I ordered breaded chicken w/ensalda rusa, come with black beans and rice, and a couple of tortilla like things. Really good. Different good. Recommend from 1 to 10, a 7."

"If you are an American wanting to experience the authentic Guatemalan food, this is the place. The food is AMAZING (I was born and raised in Guatemala) the flavors are just perfect. The "Tipico" breakfast is impossible not to like, even at dinner times. Order "Tamalitos a la Plancha" with the Tipico. For lunch there are plenty of options, your "Caldo de Gallina Criola" o the famous "Pepian" are superb. If you want something small, the "Garnachas" will be the right choice if you are looking for something salty, but Tostadas, Chuchitos y Enchiladas are very good too. "Platanos con Crema" or "Rellenitos" would be the perfect idea for dessert. But do not dare to forget to order some of the "Atoles" Elote/Corn Platano are the best."
