"It's 9:29 the door was open and two people from the establishment told me it was closed: I asked them what time they closed and they told me at 9:30 but for takeout I could go through the THRU-, I told them if they could take me my order because the door should not be open if it is closed. I've been in food service for 10 years and I've never done that to a customer: a good worker says. Come in, you are the last person to take the order and I send someone to close the door. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. & also I ONLY POST THIS SO THAT THE TEAM LEADER KNOWS IT UNIT WEAKNESSES AND THEY CAN WORK ON IT. The SOUR TASTE THAT WAS LEFT DROVE US AWAY FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT THIS NIGHT I’m pretty sure the OWNER WOULD HAVE PREFERed to have SOLD OVER 100 DOLLARs Worth of FOOD VS Throw away 100 dollars worth of food at the end of the night."
