"Be careful going late in the evening. The late shift manager will let her employee chase customers out of the store verbally assaulting them on camera and do nothing about it. And do not ask andre(dre) The lumber associate for help. Because he will put it off. He will probably tell you he is with a customer currently hoping that you will forget what your need and just leave. Corporate was called about this issue, but a highly doubt any actions were taken."

"Do not go here for gardening items. The garden center posted its hours as opening at 8am. In fact, they did not open until 10, saying the hours had changed, but the sign had not. A vendor was there, confused, and called a supervisor who said the center was to be open at 8 am. The checkout person could not operate the scanner. And, I asked an employee where the bulbs were. She directed me to electrical. I said tulip bulbs, and she had no idea what I was talking sbout."

"They need to fix the return area because we were in line and this lady didn’t even let us know to get on line we waited for a long time.and she helped everyone else and just kept looking at us. I’ve worked in costumer service for 15 yrs and that’s not how u treat ur costumers so rude at lease let them know where ur line is.."

"Our a/c unit broke right before bed time… This was Home Depot that had the a/c unit we wanted in stock along with 6 other in stock. We called to ask if we were able to pick up this afternoon as well due to the order being placed a couple hours before closing time. The worker we spoke to was trying to help and ended up saying that they were not able to “find” that specific unit. We called back to speak to manager because it was ridiculous that they weren’t able to find them if the website said they had 7 in stock smh. The manager also said they called someone from a “different” department to search for them all through the store and they couldn’t find them that they weren’t able to pick the item for curbside due to it being so late and it’d have to wait until tomorrow. At this point we’re ready to simply make the drive and go inside to get it ourselves in order to not sleep in heat tonight. When we arrived to store and looked for them they were all displayed along with all the other a/c units. The amount of laziness these workers showed tonight is embarrassing please do better."

"I abslutly love the wide selcetion of kitchen and household appliances that home depot has to pick and choose from. Weve been shopping here for a feww months to get our new home stocked with the appliances we need and home depot has been a large part fo that. Thanks Again Home Depot!"
