"Everything was off and wrong... the tacos were extensively stale, the "crispenada" lacked all meet and was just air inside, and they didn't even give me the cheesy roll up I asked for."
"My son went there to pick up food and requested to have chips put on the side for a nachos bell grande, because it was coming home and would be mushy other wise. They told him no and wouldn't do it. I called the manager "Carla" and she said Taco bell was going through changes and couldn't do that anymore. I told her that was ridiculous. What's next you aren't going to take cheese off a taco for someone who is allergic. Here is hoping "Chris" the district manager fixes things. If not you will lose more business other than mine."
"We stopped in on December 21 for a takeout order. The server behind the till was very rude told me to use the kiosk cause she was too busy to help me. After waiting five minutes or so, she helped me, there was no thank you. No, have a nice day. She wouldn’t even look at me. Very unprofessional! Will not return to this establishment."
"My go-to for food later in the evening. Never had a problem with orders or wait times. Food is always what you expected and the staff is quite friendly for a fast food place. One evening their credit card reader went down and the manager gave us our order for free and even upgraded our drinks. That’s a great way to bring people back."
