"TAQURIA RUBY IS BACK! After 2 years they are back at the same spot! Still the same 24/7 hours of operation and the food still tastes the same as before. Came on a Wednesday night around 9pm which was empty, but I'm pretty sure it's because there's no signage by the street. But the last update was 2 years ago, so decided to update everyone!"

"Definitely not worth $4 dollars like I would have paid 2 dollars at most for this. The place looks like a dumpster. Parking lot full of Mosquitos be prepared to be eaten up when visiting here. And they take forever. Also I wonder how they wash their hands IF THEY DO, because they don’t have any water in the food truck. Ew lost my appetite. 0 stars."

"Oh my goodness I finally got to try Taqueria Ruby. And I'm sure glad i did. Their tacos are too notch, so tasty and fresh. I of course had to try the elote en vaso as well and it was exceptional! Man they do great Mexican food at Ruby. I'll be back again and again. There are so many meats to try and so many different items on the menu. It's going to take a while. But with food this good, it's worth it."

"Their burrito, gorditas and tacos are still one of the best for a hole-in-the-wall place over the years. The green sauce is special too! I can't name to many good ones like it. Also, I think the portions are fair for the cost even if they have increased the price over the years but it's still reasonable. I'd rather spend my money here than taco bell, taco cabana, and freebirds. No indoor sitting place though."

"I enjoy their pastor and fajita tacos. I also tried their pineapple water which tasted great. The only reason I remove a star was because they forgot to add avocado to all my tacos. Also their sauce taste amazing enough spicy with enough flavor!"
