KFC 4044 West Fuqua Street, Houston, TX 77045

"Worst experience ever, they took my order at the window and made me wait for 45 minutes and then gave me the wrong food. They pretended like they didn't see me for five minutes while went inside."

"I ordered a 8 piece with fries and macaroni and cheese, (from KFC @4044 West Fuqua St., Houston, Texas, 77045). However, the doorbell rang , retrieved my order ( requested the Order be delivered into my hands), and discovered a poorly packaged order ( fries falling out of package, onto top of macaroni and cheese container, unsanitary, three wet napkins crumbled in the bag),on my doorstep. Additionally, on opening my chicken I discovered it was over cooked. And, that instead of the 8 piece bucket that I ordered, only 6 pieces were received. I called the location to convey this problem, however, no one answered the phone ( over several hours). This order was almost as bad as the extremely dark chicken provided by the KFC Missouri City location a month ago ( switched locations hoping for a better result)."

"I have stopped coming to this establishment. I am so tired of being asked to stop at a red pole. It is very GHETTO and unprofessional. I have worked in fast food and you just don’t want someone to be on your clock because you are timed. It is not fair to the customer or the owner that workers (with bad attitudes I might add) want to cheat the system. I have driven off Every time someone has asked me to do this out of pure frustration. I have posted this same information online regarding this restaurant location store number. It needs to be closed down. The customer service is terrible. And the attitude of the staff is horrible and let’s not mention the quality of the food. This is really disappointing because I have always been a fan of KFC and unfortunately this is the closest location to me, but at this point I will drive several miles out the way when I crave KFC to a different store number."

"I just left this location about 10-15 minutes ago. I asked for a 3 piece white big box meal. I've come here multiple times and asked for this with no issues. Tonight I came here after craving KFC and just got home to find that they gave me 3 piece dark even though I said 3 piece white multiple times. So disappointed. Never coming here again. I would have never purchased a 3 piece dark. Waste of money as I will be going to bed hungry. I called the store no answer. EDIT: I called KFC corporate at 9:42pm last night and left my name, number, and email. The customer service representative said they sent a notification to the store I visited to issue me a refund. They said someone from the store location I visited will reach out to me. As of right now, no one has called or emailed me about my refund. Update: I ended up calling them because no one from the location called me back. Manager claimed they didn't get notified from corporate. I brought the food back and they redid my order. The Mac n cheese was gross and had an off color. Chicken pieces were small and tasted off. Soda was watered down. The food was not good and going back up there was not worth it."

"At around 6:00pm I placed an order for a famous bowl and a extra side of drink he said, “ ok pull up to the red pole.” I said, “ok” as I was getting ready to give my cash he reappeared the order and then he told me the total I was still looking for my wallet he walked away unfortunately I did not like the service or food. I came home and saw this tasted like it came from a can. Mac and cheese tasted like I was eating play dough I don’t know what happened thru the time but your service and quality has gone down I will not be coming back to this establishment."
