"Direct and friendly ordering, seafood and surprisingly the burgers here are FRESH and ON POINT. Very good, and at a reasonable price, plus they offer a variety of sides (for the Burger they offer both fries AND onion rings; for anything seafood, a combination of two sides of plus tarter sauce)"

"SHRIMP GALLERY!!! The name just screamed at me! From there it was all downhill! I bought four plates and was very excited about the quantity of the food! Downside? IT WAS NASTY! The fish looked like cheap frozen fish and it tasted worse than it looked. The shrimp was flavorless but it tasted better than the fried crab! The best thing I can say about this place is if you love quantity then you'll be thrilled with the amount of fries they give you just don't expect to enjoy them. Honestly I was truly disappointed! I usually believe in giving food places a second chance but this place even if they were twice as good next time couldn't get my business anymore! SHRIMP GALLERY!!! Love the name, HATE THE FOOD!!! I hope you have pets!"

"So I eat at Shrimp Galley at least once a month and the food is good at best. Today's visit was less than impressive, not because of the food, it's because of the customer service. Customer service is the most important part of the service industry. My man called this place and placed an order for a burger. The lady said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, he went to go get the order, and the lady said it wasn't ready yet. Give them 15 more minutes. So while he waited, 2 ladies went in and got their food almost immediately. Then another person went in and got his food almost immediately as well. So my man went back in and asked the lady how much longer on the burger. She told him she hadn't gotten started on his order. Mind you, he ordered the burger basket on the phone 40 to 45 minutes prior. He was getting upset and she asked "Do you want the food or not?" with an attitude. He told her not anymore, and he ended up leaving and going to McDonald's instead. I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The food is good but that attitude of that lady need to change immediately. Will not return."

"I've been going to this location since I was a kid. You might even see my Granny (Esther) there RIGHT NOW! She's their mascot, if you show up there with her, you get a discount. Good food. Good people. Get the bacon cheeseburger"
