"Worst experience and location ever!!! We went to this Jack in the Box to get some breakfast before going to an event later on today. I got 4 Breakfast Jacks, medium fries, a Supreme Croissant Combo, and 6 tacos. Things started to go wrong when the asked my man to pull up to wait on our food despite 2 cars behind us picking up food, even though they have 2 parking spaces in front of the restaurant for pick up orders. So after those 2 cars left, my man went out of the car to go in to make sure that they put the sauces in the bag. A man that works there by the name of Joseph started curssing out my man all because he forgot to make 2 of the 6 Tacos, he wanted his money back but then he said, nevermind the money, just keep those 2 Tacos. On top of forgetting to make the 2 tacos, he also forgot to give my man his coffee that came with his Supreme Croissant combo. I'm in the service industry, and even I know in tense situations you have got to keep your cool, but situations like this makes long time customers like me not want to come back... AT ALL!! The food, though, was ok at best, but the service like the one we got today ruined it for us. Work on the customer service. We are not coming back!!"
"Almost daily, I stop at the Jack in the Box on Park Place Blvd. for breakfast. The staff is generally friendly and I have always overlooked the minor issues with food. This morning I ordered the Extreme Sausage Breakfast sandwich meal with no cheese and a large Diet Coke. I had to repeat this 3 times at the drive through, my mom was on speaker phone and could hear the whole exchange. We laughed about it. At the pay window the cashier repeated my order. He left off the part about “no cheese” - so I said “I asked for no cheese” - so he let the others know and another young man eventually brought me my meal. I realized later I only got a medium drink, but I ignored it. I did have to also ask for a straw, and the guy who brought me my meal (later I would learn this was the Manager), gave me one but what he said definitely had “tone”. I said “having a rough today it seems like”. I left. AFTER that, I went to work and eventually opened my breakfast sandwich only to discover there was ONLY CHEESE and EGG—NO sausage at all. You can imagine how irked I was at this point. I couldn’t leave my work, so I tried to at least call. No answer at all for over 20 minutes—each time just went straight to voicemail. I finally was able to leave my office and went back up there. I asked to speak with the manager. I could hear the manager tell someone that someone else could handle it. It was the first cashier, I said “remember me?” —and he said “yes, you’re the one who wanted no cheese.” I said, “well then you’re gonna wanna see this” - I showed him my sandwich and he said “so, what do you want?” I replied “I want an extreme sausage sandwich with SAUSAGE AND NO CHEESE”. He agrees and they start remaking my meal. I also asked if he could get me the large drink and he agreed. Then the manager who didn’t want to be a manger came out and starting saying “we are only human we make mistakes” - I agree but point out how they seemed to go out of their way to mess up my order. I complained about having to leave my work because no one answered the phone for almost 20 minutes. And, I complained about him not wanting to step up and be the manager when I came back. And then he said, “you know what? I am going to give you back your money, but we aren’t remaking your meal—you can go to another Jack and the Box down the street.” I could not believe his response. He claimed I was shouting but I was not; only talking loud and obviously pointing out things he did not want to hear. I grudgingly took my money and went to McDonalds. I tried to call back to get the number for the District Manager—but to no surprise—I only got their voice mail. I have been going to this location at least 4-5 times a week for over 5 years. Luckily, I don’t think I will have to deal with this manager for much longer. He is obviously not manager material."
"Man I'm so disappointed . I just got off work and I'm tired. I'm hungry. And since I was 8 I Ben going here. But this man wants to disrespect me. Man one thing I'm about respect. But if you trea me like I'm below you and I' don't deserve good service. I'm gonna complain. He kept telling me over and over And over that if I was ready to order. I kept telling him over and over give me a second. No one was behind me. I was on the phone and I said give me a second so I can hang up. I explained was on the phone and Orlando says yea I can Hear your whole conversation. Rude As can be and they were all laughing at me. All the staff. I'm literally shaking off how disappointed I am. I am never again coming. Even if it hurts me because this is my childhood Jack. The way he said yea you know we can all hear your whole conversation. You are on speaker. We already have hard enough in life and the least thing I need is to feel unworthy of good service. This new generation of entitlement. And no one tells them anything"
"I fell in love with morning crew. Nice, friendly, great manners. Always fresh brewed tea. They never try to sneak you fountain tea. Today 1/3/2023, not so much. New people working, ordered my jumbo jack no mayo, no ketchup. It was dripping with both. My doggies wouldn't eat it, and no breakfast for me. We are starving. Check your orders before you drive away."
"Came to this Jack in the box to get egg rolls for lunch didn't bother to check my food because I was trusting their service I get to my location look at my food notice that the egg rolls were dry freezer burn egg rolls so I went back to return them the supervisor told me that's the way they come that's how they're made but I told her I've been here before and they never look like that but the good thing is that they gave me my money back. I usually check my order and my food before I leave, people can't get this kind of unquality food with THE INFLATION if you raise prices give quality food people work hard for their money."
