They often claim they are only open for uber eats and door dash which makes zero sense especially with y’all saying it shouldn’t be that way in your replies to negative reviews. Either hold the employees accountable or make it so this location is no longer 24 hours."
"When I went to the drive-thru the Mexican lady was rude at the speaker and at the window she lied about giving me pepper and napkins also and she gave me old fries that were cold and hard curly fries my favorite but they were awful and hard as a rock I paid good money for this food and got the worst service ever and food Jack you have to do something about this. This has happened to me in about three of your stores. I love the food but I can no longer return for bad food and service Sorry,, Steven L"
"I have an appointment in the area every weekend and typically grab a coffee to go on the inbound leg and sit down for lunch on the outbound. This week I had the grilled chicken—excellent. The workers are extremely friendly, it's never overcrowded, and the food is always up to Jack's high standards. UPDATE: As of Sept 1, 2023, I still stop by here every week. I try to choose a different menu item each time, and I've never been disappointed. Great fast food, great service."
