"Oh what a magical place! I’m currently sitting here with my wife singing in joy while stuffing our faces with magical goodness. Super friendly service, amazing food and great tunes. I’ve prayed and the food gods have responded, these “Philly” cheesesteaks are next level! The portions are huge and the flavors are bigger. Don’t let the appearance of the lot it’s located on fool you this is a must have in Houston."

"Used to be way better back before 2020. Their cheese whiz is way too salty and thick, and they grind the meat too much kinda like hamburger meat. The disco fries is amazing. I’d rather go for the slice cheese options."

"The sandwiches have always been good but I visited this place a few days ago and for a #5 with fries w/gravy and drink it came to almost $23 . The prices have exceed the value of what you get and the sandwich has a heavy salt flavor to it. I'm not sure if people can afford to eat here on a regular basis with cost going this high. There are many restaurants that you can eat at for half the price that serve a good lunch and many are buffets. I think they need to reevaluate their prices to come online with what they serve you. "Pappa Geno’s original location has been a favorite for Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches for years. Plenty of good tasting meat, I think it ribeyes, and a good bread. It’s my favorite in town and if you are wanting a great sandwich to rival anywhere, come here. This is there Smothered Philly, I added mayonnaise."
