"I am so disappointed with Dickey's! Me and my husband stop to get a bite to eat and it turned out bad. I ordered six wings and fries and my husband got an Westerner Sandwich. The wings where not done had blood in it and the fries look so dirty because they cooked in burned grease and taste like grease. The Sandwich was dry the brisket was chopped up so much that it looks like she put in the blender then put it on bun. The soda water machine all sodas flat and nasty. I am so disgusted we spent 41.00 for this mess. I will not spend my money there never again. And on top of that they don't answer the phone."

"Is this what a GIANT Baker looks like? This looks like “maybe” a potato cut in half and split for 2. I say maybe because in all honesty it doesn’t even seem to be 1/2 a potato. Never ever will I return or recommend and will absolutely post the negative review on my public forum for all those in the area."

"I placed an order online for pickup at 8:30. Arrived at 8:28 and there was only one employee inside. He spent his time rapping to the music coming from his phone rather than acknowledging me. When he finally does ask me who I’m picking up for and I give him my name, he goes back to rapping. I sat down and waited. This man comes back to me and says “for the sake of time can you ask her if she wants something else because the other potato will take another 20 minutes ”. (Because he thinks this is a food delivery order). I said no you can just refunded me for that potato. This man said he is NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE REFUNDS. So let me get this straight; you want me to choose something else because you are ready to go home, I don’t want someone else but you can’t refund me?! I left with NO food and NO REFUND. Now I have to call my bank and report this location for fraud!"

"We went on Wednesday to redeem the deal with two 2-meat plates for the price of one. We received a notification saying the order was ready for pickup so my sister went in but she was told it wasn't ready and that only one of the plates had been made so far. She had to wait almost 20 minutes for the other to be made because only 1 person was working. The food was very whatever at best. For full price, I would have been mad but even for the deal price, it was mediocre. The portions were not great and especially the green beans and mac and cheese look like jail food. We won't be returning"

"I see the same exact situation on here a month ago. same lady who I know has been working there. she has a nasty attitude one and two she lies to your face. I ordered through Uber eats. i ordered 2 bakers with beef brisket. my driver tells me they don't have beef brisket. then after I tell him an alternative of pulled pork, she proceeds to say they are out of bakers. the same bakers when she needed to know an alternative meat option. now I settle with that potato casserole dressed up like a baker with pulled pork she said it would be the same portion as well. all lies. when I received the order, it was just trash, nowhere near the right amount of food. I literally tried to eat it but its tasts like nasty slop and its just wet. so disappointing sodas were flat. never again will I be ordering from here. I have to get dinner elsewhere now and its already after 9pm. thanks alot Dickey's! that woman needs to be fired for real. she has horrible customer service skills as well and does not care for the company reputation. I've never been so unsatisfied with a Dickey's location before and this is my local location."
