"This morning my daughter tried to get us something to eat @7:20am and a guy says there not open in the inside yet but people are standing inside so she leaves and he locks the door behind her because someone else is trying to enter. Mind u I’m on the phone the whole time and this guy was very rude."

"I ordered the number 3 meal, with 3 egg rolls and they were burnt too, the bread was dry, and hard, I substituted my fries for curly, and they were cold too. The customer service wasn't pleasant. And then no receipt for my order. Meaning I couldn't take my food back. It was around 10:30pm and 11pm"

"As I pulled up to this location around 11:15 pm I first noticed that the employee was outside chilling by their vehicle with drive thru headset on… on their personal cell phone … then when I drove around to drive thru it was dark and looked closed… I had to honk my car horn to get someone to respond to me first thing I was told to have exact change … and card machine not working…. I responded I have exact change…. I tried to order a strawberry shake… next I was told the shake machine isn’t working…. I definitely would have went to another location but I was in route to my mother’s house…. She needed the shake to take her medication…. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced"

"Nastiest Jack in the box I've ever been in. When I walked in the store and the floor was sticky I should have known it was time to turn around and leave. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, a benefit they didn't deserve. The manager lady was very loud, barking orders to all the employees. I'm still at Jack in The box fan and customer, every chain has to have a worse store, unfortunately I think I found it."
