"This store returned an online pickup order I did without contacting me. I have tried calling this store for 2 days and they do not answer their phone. Horrible customer service for a store to return an order without contacting the customer and on top of that not ever answering the store phone."
"The staff is nice but the jeans are strange. I put 2 of the same size next to each other to measure them because one fit and the other didn't, and it's because they were 2 different sizes but marked on the tag as the same size... one was what I'm assuming is the actual size 16, and the other was an inch smaller at the waist and obviously didn't fit."
"I ordered some shirts online and the order was completed in less 2 hours which was awesome! The store was very busy when picked up my items but the associates made sure that the store was clean and extremely well organized. I have to give a shot out to my cashier, Allyson, and the store manager. Allyson is very helpful, funny, courteous, and just a sweet girl. The male store manager also was extremely helpful and polite. I was in and out of the store 100% satisfied with the service and clothing."
"A decent selection of adult clothes and baby clothes. However, the kids clothes sections leave a lot to be desired. And the prices are high unless there's a sale or the stuff is on clearance. The quality is about that of walmart/target so it's nothing out of this world. This store was clean and organized and the staff was friendly."
"After searching Kohls, Wal-Mart, and Ross for a plain black polo with black buttons I stopped at Old Navy. I haven't been to an Old Navy in a decade... and surprisingly I found what I was looking for. They have what is possibly men's department out of every one of these places but man am I glad I stopped in. The quality of the items there is nice. You just gotta be looking for what they offer. Great prices as well."
