"I went back to Fleet Feet to return a pair of shoes that really bothered my feet while running, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate the 60 day return policy. I brought up my concerns (Achilles issues, bunions, tenancy to get shin splints) as well as what shoes have and have not worked for me in the past. He carefully listened and asked more questions to understand my needs. He brought out 4 different styles of shoe and was really interested in my feedback for them all, not only for my own satisfaction but in order to assist his future customers based on my comments. I found an amazing pair of shoes that I never would have tried, but they are perfect. My first run in them was awesome! Thank you Eli!"

"I bought a pair of shoes a few weeks back and they checked out my feet, had them scanned and started having me try out all kinds of shoes. To be honest, looking back I was a bit overwhelmed. I've been a runner for a while but this was the first time I was buying a serious running shoe. I have some degenerative disease in my back and I am to run the Alamo half in March (my first organized race) so I figured I needed a good shoe but I had no idea what I was doing. They reminded me at purchase that I have 60 days to return if they don't work out. That was super strange to me because I'd be wearing them so likely to get them very dirty. Well, a few weeks later they were giving me issues and I got to a point where I needed a different shoe. I was so embarrassed to bring them back but they made me feel comfortable and even helped me try on a whole new set of shoes. I felt completely supported by the community. It was such a wonderful experience. I even bought my new running water bottle and some snacks to try out from them too. They gave me a sense of trust and understanding. I will return to this store for all future shoe buying needs. Thanks Fleet Feet!"

"The young lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful! She picked out several options for a great fit and to help with my specific foot issues. She also taught me how to tie a runners heel lock and was also happy to go back and get shoes that I had previously tried on. She just overall was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
