"Me and my wife bought three pairs of shoes plus Inserts. (About $400) Ordered me the wrong shoes even though they were the exact ones I was wearing when I went into the store. Went back and they still couldn’t figure it out. My wife had to come back for wrong fitment. They didn’t try using that laser fitment machine they advertise. No apology ether time, just here’s your money back on my two pairs. Found them online in 2 minutes at a competitor CHEAPER at DSW. 4 employees there on a Monday. Waste of time."
