"Beware when ordering online from 13151 Bissonnet St. I ordered a footlong sandwich through Grubhub, and when I opened the bag after delivery, there was only a 6 inch sub in the bag. The paper receipt taped to the bag clearly states 12 inch sandwich was ordered. I immediately called the restaurant, and the phone just rings and rings and rings, with no answer at all. I tried calling 3 times in a row, but there was no answer anytime."

"The staff on duty tonight is the slowest I have ever come across. After waiting for more than 30mins in line, he received an order online when it was our turn to place our order and told us he has to make that before ours and when we told him he could't keep us waiting, he told us to GET out! Saying he was all by himself and there is nothing he can do. We left there without ordering and some other folks in line left too! Staffs like this are ruining the reputation of your brand!"
