"I celebrated my birthday on Monday. My name was printed on the menu and received a personalized Birthday card signed by the entire staff. The service was impeccable. Everyone in my party received a free sample of delicious Samon..very unexpected but it was a super sweet gesture. I was the only person in my party that had dined there previously and everyone enjoyed their dish. The Sea Pearl signature drink was delicious. I received a complimentary dessert ( The baked Alaska ) which was prepared tableside with flames which was super nice. I loved and truly enjoyed my Birthday experience. "Lobster and scallops that are im the running for best we've ever had. The Hamachi Crudo (pictured) was great as well, but be aware of the kick from the peppers. The Chesapeake Bay crab cakes are a delicious choice with generous portions of crab meat. Service that was able to overcome kitchen inventory issues. Great cocktails, including a smoked Old Fashioned that had just the right amount of smokiness. Hat tip goes to our server, he made sure we had a great night. All in all my wife and I had a wonderful evening."

"The food was not great, I had a lobster mac and cheese with no cheese or dairy to be found and a shrimp scampi that was weirdly dry. The steak order was overcooked..but even with that it was delicious. They came to see of I wanted to change, so that was nice, oyester were over price but fresh. The drinks were delicious and strong."

"The Oceanaire Seafood Room looks and feels great! I went here in September on a Friday and it wasn't that busy near the bar which is where I sat. I had the salmon and truffled whipped potatoes which both were okay. I also ordered the honey pot, it was okay too and came in this cute glass that looked like a honey pot. The problem was that the waitress (Morgan) didn't bring bread and butter to the table until I asked her. By the time she got it my food had already been brought out by someone else. When I was done eating I couldn’t see her so after sometime I got up to use the restroom and when I came back she came over with the checked and asked me if I wanted dessert, but she had already had the check. That’s just poor service to me because thats not the order it should go in. I asked for a to go box for my truffled potatoes and when I got home it was as if she didn't scoop out all of the mashed potatoes into the box. She wasn't urgent or attentive and that is disappointing especially when this is considered a fine dining restaurant. It was also really cold in restaurant. Overall the service was horrible the food just okay and I personally don't have a desire to go back to this place."
