"I ordered 2 Big Texas feast and a 3 piece. The only sides available at 845 pm were Fries and Coleslaw. Not the sides I wanted but agreed, not to make things difficult. My total.was.$22.70 I asked for 1 jalapeño sauce and was told I would be charged bc I didn't purchase tenders. If I, as the consumer, was able to receive what I truly wanted, I would have paid the cost. But I've just spent $22.70 on a compromise order and can't get 1 sauce for my inconvenience. I requested and received a full refund of $22.70 for a 50-cent sauce."

"Yesterday marks the 2nd time I've been to this location in the last few months. Both times I was given a box of chicken that looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmers for hours. I am extremely disappointed because this location used to be one of the best! Needless to say, I won't be returning. Considering it the only one near my home, I think we'll patronize another brand from now on."

"The crew at this store handled our drive-through order quickly and correctly. The food was hot and very good. The biscuits disappeared very quickly . Excellent all around!"

"Don’t try to go get anything at 7:58pm because they have doors locked while still serving people in lobby. But the best part of the story is that I walked into gas station and went up to counter to order. Yes! I was at the counter. She told me I had to leave, get in my car and go through drive through because lobby was closed. I told her “I am standing in your lobby. It’s not closed.” By this time I looked at my iPhone. It is 8:01pm now. I tried the front door. Locked. Walked around through store. Argued with manager. Then looked at time. So you are telling me that I didn’t try to enter your front door before 8pm?!? No ma’am."

"This has to stop! Why are we responsible for paying for old food ? The food quality and quantity has reduced along with the service but the prices have increased! I’m definitely going to request a refund, very disappointing dinner."
