Taco Bell 3703 Farm to Market 1960 Road West, Houston, TX 77068

"Taco bell recently has NOT been good, rude drive thru window employees, we wanted to come inside so we can eat our food hot but then we're told to go through drive thru because of training. We waited 20 minutes in line to recive our meal we ordered online. They did not give us sauce in the bag so I had to ask for it. They didn't do anything for us for the inconvenience, all they gave us was rudeness. Our food was barely warm, soft tacos were cold, the crunch wrap supreme barely had cheese on it and very little meat with a soggy corn tortilla. The burritos I ordered I selected add rice for 60 cents. One of them did not have rice in it. At least the crunch wraps had no sour cream liked we asked, thankfully. Oh and both of the 2oz cheese cups were half filled so technically we only got one cheese cup. Here are some pictures..."

"Went through the drive threw tonight and I was extremely dissatisfied. Ordering was fairly easy, but the clerk was being short and kept rushing me through my order. I ordered 3 Mexican pizzas; 1 without tomatoes and sauce, 1 two piece cinnabon delights, 1 medium cherry pepsi, and 1 large pineapple freeze. When I got to the window the clerk handed me my freeze and took my payment. She then handed me my food and told me to have a nice night. I realized I didn't get my Pepsi so I checked my receipt to make sure it was on there. It was. I waved to get the clerks attention, I held out my receipt to her and said I did not get my Pepsi that I had ordered. She didn't look at the receipt but instead asked, where you charged for one? Her co-worker looked shocked by her question. He could see me trying to show her the receipt. When I finally got her to look at my receipt she said oh just give me a second. Sorry I forgot it. When I arrived home and opened my food is when I noticed that not one of the Mexican pizzas had been cut. -_- Don't think I'll be going back here for a while..."
