"Lots of lovely helpful workers (really. everyone I dealt with was great) working hard at messing up to-go orders and doing it slowly but effectively. Meanwhile, I'm standing there waiting with my clothing and hair soaking up the fried chicken and grease odors. Most unpleasant. Really kind of gross."

"I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and the meat was chewy. This is not the same chicken sandwich people lined up for. This meat tasted like it was made in a lab. The cashier was nice. But what hell is up with that meat???"

"Worst service ever! Literally pulled up to the drive through and ordered a 3 piece signature chicken with mashed potatoes and an added a side of Cajun fries, an Arnold Palmer and two apple pies. The jerk in the drive through window was rude and cut me off mid sentence. He didn’t repeat my order back. I pulled up to the window and same guy was so busy talking to ”Juan” that I’m sitting there waiting for him to repeat my order or take my payment. He then tells me my total when he finally decides to stop talking to Juan. He asked me what my drink was because he “forgot”. You would know if you looked at my order sir. He hands me everything back and as I drive off I realized he didn’t give or charge me for the Cajun fries. I just said forget it. When I got home I looked in the box with my chicken and there were only two pieces. This Popeyes has really gone to hell with their service. Hire people who aren’t going to be rude and aren’t going to make your customers wait in line just so they can finish their conversation. This isn’t the first time I have experienced such a rude staff. At least the food is decent."
