"Great place for cool shirts and shoes. Friendly and helpful staff"
"The guy working was amazing with my son. He was picking out a new board and this guy was knowledgeable and patient. Thank you so much. My son left feeling so good about his board."
"If I could give them "0" stars I would. There were 3 employees "working" when we went in at about 4:15pm on 4/21/21(If any manager is paying attention) and NONE of them even acknowledged us. There were no other customers in the store and each one of the employees looked at us as we passed them and did not say a word to us. We walked around for about 10 minutes looking for a longboard and then finally left when we couldn't find the one we saw they had online. Non-existent customer service."
"I'm just a mom buying for her teenage daughter, but the young man was so knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He almost forgot to give half off the second item, but I reminded him and he apologized and quickly corrected it manually. Everything was neat and it was easy to tell which items were part of the sale. :)"
"The employees are very rude. I went in to buy a skate board for my kids. I used to skate back through the 80s-90s, so I was excited to get to re-live the experience I remembered from my youth. Picking out the wheels, trucks, etc. The gentleman that was assisting me seemed to be annoyed by that, regardless of the fact that I would be spending over 100 dollars. He acted like he knew everything about skateboarding, telling me that Gullwing and Tracker trucks do not exist anymore (wrong). I asked if they still put the boards together in store, and he told me yes, but it would be a thirty minute wait, because customers take priority. Am I not a customer? The store was completely empty. I said, nevermind, how bout you just put the grip tape on, and I will buy a tool (20 more dollars) and assemble it in the parking lot myself. He said 30 minutes, customers are priority...I was the only one there! What! So if you purchase over 100 dollars in skate items, you are not a customer. I called customer support, was on hold forever, most likely because it was 8pm, and I got a representative that sounded like he was at a bar, and it seems they do not have any process in place to handle complaints. I told the representative that the salesman said the managers do not want them putting boards together, so why does the website give the impression that the company encouraged it? He was clueless, but he did state that it was false. Do yourself a favor and go to Fast Forward...unless the culture has completely changed there as well also. Very sad."
