"There were three tables that had not been cleaned off the 45 min that I was there and there was two guys talking on there phones so loud and we're not eating food from there they had taco bell food at one point one of the workers walked by and ask them if everything was ok I spent 46.57 and she said nothing to me or the others with me I will never go back there again ."

"The lady that was trying to take my order was having a very hard time , had a very hard time understanding what I was saying. My sandwich looked awesome and the fries were definitely delicious. I was shocked at the amount of condiments that were squeezed into this small sandwich. My first bite wasn't explosion of mustard, mayo and ketchup. Honestly simply overwhelming and disgusting. I think somebody in the kitchen got lazy and forgot about condiment portion."

"good parking space, fast service, clean place. If you need the restroom you need to ask them to open the door."

"They refuse to give receipts I brought my wrong order with food and they said they can't do anything because there's no manager on duty. I reorder the same thing and it's still wrong so I came at a later date and the man's till refused to refund monies spent. She said call the cops. This entire location needs to be split up or terminated all together. People are going crazy on fast food employees I could have been deranged and shot up the place. They were laughing and disregarding my plight when I spen money I expect my order to be made to the T. I called trying to get a manager and they just let it ring and the voice-mail is inactive so how is anything ever done properly at this location. They are keeping receipts saving them until the end of shifts and redeeming the codes taking food home to family n friends. I am mortified and at this point I am debating on returning to any JIB establishments out of fear n mistreatment."

"I went by this location tonight and ordered 2 bacon Ultimate cheeseburgers, when I got home there wasn't not 1 PEICE OF BACON on them! I spent 13 dollars and some chance! I tried to load a pix but won't let me! I need something for this!!!! As u can see NOT 1 PEICE!"
