"Absolutely excellent service as well as delicious food! I have been 3 times so far and I love it! I either order online and dine inside or I order inside! The wait is never long and the atmosphere is always nice!"
"I placed a To Go order in the restaurant @9:27pm. The cashier comes and tells us @9:42pm they're cleaning the grill (an hour and a before closing) and the food will be another 20 minutes. I'm tired of these restaurants having such CRAPPY service. They're currently in the back laughing and talking like a paying customer isn't waiting almost an hour to get food that should've taken 20 minutes to cook fresh. The restaurant was EMPTY when we got here and we should've just went elsewhere. For the record, if we were told it was an extended wait when we ordered we probably would've been ok. The service here is hit or miss during the day....but never horrible. However, if you come after 8pm it's ridiculous. I think the manager, who's generally nice and accommodating when there's an issue, was here."
