"I frequently this location. I’m acquainted with the women that work there during the day. I have always complemented them on their service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. They are very organized and running like a well old machine. I ordered from my app tonight to pick up at 6:10 PM. I arrived at 6:15 stood there and waited with a few other people for another 10 to 15 minutes. The children that they had working tonight are not ready to be left alone. The place look like a wreck behind the counter. There was food all over the counter in front of the register. This is not what I expect from this particular chipotle."

"Deena was the team member that served me She was spectacular. Her smile made the cloudy day so sunny and bright. She really made my lunch so much better. Thank you Deena! ❤️ Parking was sort of crazy, but I found a spot with a little bit of walk. Restaurant was clean. Tables were clean. Restroom was also clean. Food tasted great."

"Never had a sweet tea with this stuff floating in my drink. I am truly disgusted and would not recommend ppl to get the sweet tea without looking at it first. I did get the Spicy sandwich and the smell of it was like rubbing alcohol. Could not eat it."

"I come to this location very often for lunch and I’m assuming the manager on duty today was new as I have never seen him before. He was very rude to the employees outside taking orders and at the drive thru window. All of the employees look extremely uncomfortable/afraid of him.. I felt bad. I also received the wrong drink & wrong sauce but I truly believe the workers could not focus due to the toxic environment. I’ve never had an issue with my order at this location before today.. I hope this manager is investigated!"
