"We had a great experience! Our server Derek was amazing! He made sure that we had everything we needed and our drinks were never empty. The food was excellent! Very flavorful and tasty. Our chef "Chef Kool" was also amazing! He kept us laughing and made sure that all of our needs for food were met. He also made sure to not cross-contaminate for me who has a seafood allergy."

"This was most definitely the "Redemption" visit after my last experience in January! Again we visited on Saturday night & it was busy as usual but we were seated no longer than 15 minutes after our scheduled reservation that was 8:15 p.m. that was very impressive considering the previous wait time was almost an hour! We were seated & immediately our server came to the drink orders, then followed up with soup/salad then took orders all within 30-40 minutes.. Our Chef was "Q" and we definitely enjoyed his engagement with all guests that were seated. Made eye contact, recognized a young lady birthday at our table, did a few fancy tricks & prepared our foods in a good timely manner! Food was seasoned exceptionally well, nothing was undercooked or over cooked, & EVERY one at our table was extremely satisfied! My family & I have been coming to this location since 2010 & after my last visit on 1/27/24 thought it would be my last but thankfully Chef Q redeemed us! Not sure how long Chef Q has been here but he's definitely an amazing individual & no matter the title he's top chef in our books!"

"Our reservation was at 8:30 p.m. and we arrived @ 8:24 p.m. & were told that it would be a wait as it was EXTREMELY busy! a few minutes turned into being seated @ 9:34 p.m. I spoke with management and express my disappointment in the wait, & online reservations should be turned off when the restaurant is at capacity as there was a volleyball team (parents included) with over 40 guests taking over 5 tables at least! After being seated it took another 42 minutes before the chef came out after I inquired how much longer would it be before the chef comes out. The chef was named Manny & it was GOD AWFUL! My party of 3 along with other guests who were seated with us didn't eay or enjoy the food. Chicken fried rice was bland, Chicken was rubber, steak wasn't cooked well & my shrimp was rubber with a fishy taste. My husband didn't eat any of his food & left it there. The server Matthew messed my son order up & instead of it being Chicken fried rice he put vegie fried rice x2. Manny needs to be trained again on preparing food & engaging with guests. By far the worse experience ever."

"My kids loved watching the cooking action, they loved the chicken fried rice. Good service. Steak could’ve been cooked with higher heat for better taste. Wait time was a little too long"

"Manny and Gabby at Benihana are great! It was awesome to share our Christmas dinner with them. Food was great and Manny has to be the best chef there! I will be asking for him time and time again. Gabby has superb energy and continued to check on us. This was not expected because the restaurant was totally packed. She made us feel like we were her only customers!"
