The tech had a problem installing a replacement part & left, promising to call us & set up a 3rd appointment & bring a 2nd tech to help him. They ignored my phone calls & closed the repair ticket with Frigidaire indicating they completed the repair. They did NOT complete the repair."
"I don't know why Lowe's still has this company listed as one of their warranty repair providers - they are horrible!!! They NEVER ordered the parts....weeks had gone by and kept calling and the owner who would seem to answer his phone while driving would say oh the parts are not in when I hadn't even told him my name. When I finally questioned him about it, he was extremely rude about the whole situation and said call lowe's back and find someone else. TERRIBLE!!!!"
"Tech came out to fix water leaking from fridge water dispenser (sent by Frigidaire) now display panel will not work nor does the light in the fridge. When i asked if it would effect the temp of the fridge he say he didn't think so but couldn't be sure. When i asked if it would continue to make ice he said he thought so but couldn't guarantee. When i asked what was going to happen now he said he would have to order parts but didn't know when they would take to come in nor was he confident that it would fix the problem. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and fridge is full of food so I really needed confident answers so he suggested i call the supervisor (owner?). When I called the supervisor and started asking questions he kept dismissing and was talking down to me and told me parts take long because of pandemic. I told him I was fully aware of that but what I wanted to know is how I could be certain that the parts were actually ordered. I told him I was upset because the fridge is only 2 weeks old and I was just going to call the Frigidaire he condescendingly told me that there was no reason for me to get upset and that I AM only making things worse by being upset and told me not to call Frigidaire. He was extremely rude and when i asked his name he said it didn't matter because he was not going to order my parts and he was not coming back and hung up on me. Reading the other reviews and other negative experiences with this company completely tracks w/my experience. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS."
"Our home owners warranty assigned this company to us after we filed a claim for our freezer. First we never received a call to let us know they were coming to repair our freezer the technician called to let us know he was about 15 minutes away I explained to him that my husband worked till 2 he said I’m on my way would arrive by 1:40. He wouldn’t budge at that point I told him I would ask my brother in law if he could meet him but my BIL didn’t have a key to our house so I left work to open the door I arrived at 1:46 I called him to ask if he was was almost here to which he responded rudely I’ve been there and left. I begged to please come back and he rudely said no also said our neighbors dog pit mixed attacked him. I told him that’s a stray dog roaming our neighborhood and we’ve called the city to have her picked up but please come back you have a window 12-5 can’t you make it your last visit. He was rude and ugly (Jon Martinez). Told me to call the office I did but got the same response I was so upset and all he kept saying calm down. When I told him I don’t want that horrible technician to come back and can he reschedule he said maybe schedule for Monday when told him my schedule and asked for a Wednesday appointment he said no he was booked all week I told him I wood just call our warranty he hung up on me. I called back to get the technician’s name he acted like he didn’t know came back to the phone gave me the name and hung up on me I called back to ask I wasn’t sure if you hung up or did the phone disconnect to which he said not sure I asked him for the last name again and he hung up on me again. I don’t ever want this company to service anything ever again us they are rude poor customer service and shouldn’t be in business much less represent a warranty company. That same week we had plumbers come out for our restroom and water heater two different companys with our same warranty company no problem with either one of them Be careful with South Texas Appliance Repair they are very unprofessional, no customer service and rude"
