"I frequent Buckle at La Cantera. Most, if not all, the employees know me. I have bought so much stuff from there and online. I now view this store very differently and doubt I will return. I purchased a pair of Stella shorts about a wk ago. Absolutely loved them. Wore them once -they literally shrunk at least 2 sizes after one wash. Not just one! I couldn’t even buckle them after, and they were lose prior to washing. I have purchased SO many jeans and shorts from there. This was the first time I’ve had this issue with something shrinking like this. I went in and explained this to one of the girls. I wanted to exchange for either a size up or the same and I would just make sure never to dry them. I will not be able to wear these again due to how much they shrunk. The girl said I couldn’t because I took the tags off and since washed they have been tampered with. I washed as instructed in cold water and tumble dry low. I feel this was not good customer service , especially the amount of money I’ve paid in that store. I didn’t want my money back. Just wanted to exchange. So I basically spent 70 dollars on a pair of shorts I was only able to wear once. Washing instructions should have said hang dry if it is going to shrink 2 sizes. Very disappointed with how that was handled being that I’m a good customer."

"Madison was such great help , my husband wardrobe is so plain, with the help of her he was able to try on things he would have never thought he liked. Some people complain that they are over attentive but then complain when no one attends to them. Overall she was great help!"

"Great customer service. My girlfriend was there for the first time looking for jeans and a worker named Corey came up to her and instantly started helping her find the jeans she wanted. He walked her through the whole way and even picked out some shirts to go with the jeans. Definitely worth the visit."
