"We ordered through the drive-thru. After payment and receiving drinks, we were asked to park out front for the rest of the food. I didn't mind. It was still brought out to us in a timely manner and the customer service was great. However, the wait was a bit uncomfortable with a person camped out right next to their front door and someone else stopping cars in the parking lot asking for money with a sign. We got our food and went straight home. It was no more than a 5 to 10 minutes drive home. I immediately sat down to eat because I was starving and... watch the video to see the "Buttery" Leather Shoe I was served. Turn up the volume to hear just how hard the bun is on my plate. It was completely inedible. This is the only time that I've rated food with 0 stars. This was not food."

"I hit up the drive thru before work because I’ve been too lazy to order groceries and I wanted something hot and fast! Got the primo ultimate breakfast Sandwhich meal with a hasbrown, orange juice and an iced caramel coffee. The caramel iced coffee was good, I’ve always felt all of the iced jack in the box coffee were a little thick. The Sandwhich was hot, cheesey, eggy, and meaty. The bun was soft but didn’t fall apart and was toasted just right. The bacon was crispy even within the layers. The only not so good part was the hash brown, my favorite part. It needed more crispness. It was so soggy it made the napkins in the bag damp with grease and stuck to the little paper back it came in."

"I've actually dined out at Jack in the Box on numerous occasions. And every time I showed up the energy was always the same, vibrant, real, and contagious. Today's just the day I decided to pursue more than just a meal."

"The employees are friendly and the place is clean; but the food is always dry. It seems like it’s been reheated or something. I will not go back. The first time I went it was 5:30am so I guess I was kinda lucky to get a fresh bash or something. The last two times were horrible. I gave two out of five stars because the employees are friendly but the food is horrible. They also dim their lights at 7pm so people think they are closed....so if you see this review they close at 10:00pm"
