"The manager “nana” banned me for quitting my job. She was yelling at me to get out of the store and didn’t give me the things I paid for. The manager is so unprofessional if she treats her customers like that, I wonder how she treats her coworkers. I quit for verbal abuse. She needs help."

"It’s ok food. They are open all night when not much else is. The folks working there at several locations were so pleasant to order from, even at 5AM when I wanted a burger. Cool employees all around! We don’t have that kind of service in Mississippi."

"The prices are about 5% higher at this location versus the other one nearby. I noticed this when ordering online and switching locations because of my other stop during lunch. Also someone pointed out the bathroom door in the men's restroom doesn't lock and the employees didn't even apologize or let him know they would fix it. Overall it was ok because my order was accurate and ready when I arrived."

"If I could give no stars, I would. They took 20 minutes with us as the first car in line during off hours. Only three employees, mostly standing around and on phones CONSTANTLY. When we finally got our food, it was incomplete and what we had was messed up. Went into the store to complain to a manager, who wasn't at work. Another 20 minutes later, the employees still hadn't fixed my food and "couldn't" give me a refund. They finally did after threatening to call the cops 4 times. Place had cockroaches crawling all over, trash all over and behind the machines, and horrible attitudes and lazy employees. Will be contacting JackTalks, the BBB, and health inspector. Employee tried to take my receipt, too, and ultimately did right after I got a pic of it."
