"Usual fast ordering and delivery to our table that is the standard for this franchise. Clean store. Plenty of employees to keep everything moving."

"The only problem that I have with this location is that every time I come here whether it be right after breakfast, the afternoon, or the evening and order anything with fries. They are somewhat cold, kinda stale, limp, sometimes orange, and not as crunchy as other locations. Maybe it's their fryers but they're always a hit or miss."

"The Manager (Juan) during the day here is very rude and not considerate at all. There is no way you should be telling a customer that because there are too many cars that I have to park my vehicle and wait on my order. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I visited today 02/01/2024 around 2:30 pm and there no reason to be rude. I am a loyal customer to Chick-fil-a and I have never had service the way that I did. To be told I have too many orders."

"They always seem to mess up my curbside order one way or another. There has been times they didn’t get me a spoon for my ice cream or a straw for my drink but it was fine because I keep extra in my car. Today, they hand me my meal and I almost drove off not realizing they didn’t give me my ice cream or drink! Had to rush inside and ask for it, just don’t really understand how they forgot? I understand people make mistakes and can forget things but I order curbside every other week and they somehow are missing something from my order. Not sure if they purposely mess up because I ordered curbside, but I’m on a timed lunch break and waiting inside or drive thru is not ideal."

"I ordered the kale salad and it was not dressed. Either the salad dressing was not the same or not dressed enough. I went back in and was offered another salad. I asked for dressing on the side and was given just a new salad. The replacement salad was not dressed either. It's important to remain consistent I think this location should train whoever is making the salads to stick to the recipe."
