Jack in the Box

"I would take pictures but on this particular review I was so disgusted at the service I received I just wanted to leave. This used to be my favorite Jack in the Box cuz it's the closest to my house and they were quick and had good portions on their food. I don't know what's happened I guess management has changed hands or something every morning I've been coming to this Jack in the Box for the last week or two and I have to bang on the windows for like 5 or 10 minutes before they'll open the lobby at like 7:00 even though it's supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. this morning it took a particularly longer amount of time to get inside and then when I got inside the guy working the counter kept walking away and doing a couple of things and I've got tired of standing there and just left I'm going to drive all the way down to 249 and 1960 to get my Jack in the Box this morning because I was disgusted at the service I received I'm just tired of it"

"I ordered 2 separate meals and they combined my meals together in one box. I drove back around told the lady at the window she made it seem like this was my fault after I waited patiently at the menu so she could finish her conversation with another employee how the are busy on Thursdays with literally no cars in the drive thru. Tried to find the number to corporate and every number you look up is misleading. I didn’t even receive a receipt. If you visit this location watch how often you do not receive a receipt. She wouldn’t even let me speak to a manger. I hope someone from corporate reads this review and will reach out to me about this concern because this is not how to conduct business!"

"This store was very clean and no wait time for my order which was fast and delicious. The cashiers were friendly and very nice. The food was very tasty and flavorful. All in all the customer service was acceptable and went beyond! With very fast service this Jack in the Box is great to go with your family and enjoy some wonderful food."

"Very clean restaurant. Jack in the Box is alive and well. Their food is pretty good for fast food, that's for sure. And their best menu item is probably their curly fries. Don't ever go here without getting the curly fries! The food is about as you'd expect it. My girlfriend gives it 3 stars and I give it 4, so we round up because we're like cowboys here in Texas."
