"Taking my truck here was a complete waste of time. After having it a day they have no idea what’s wrong with it (even though I told them up front what the check engine light code was). They told me it’s an issue with the emissions system on my diesel truck and they don’t have any technicians who work on diesels. The engine on my truck didn’t magically convert from gas to diesel after I dropped it off. They knew before looking at it that it was a diesel truck. Could have saved a lot of time and money if they were honest about that from the start. Don’t waste your time with these folks."

"Had tried to get my car serviced here even drove to this one due to ratings, after I got the results of the issues with my vehicle and got a price we talked over more important things to take care of. Julio talks to "his 1 guy" in the bay and of course guy was leaving at 7pm so I couldn't get serviced that day. Julio explains they close at 8pm every night and I explained that i got off work at 5pm and worked in Universal City, he said it would be fine. Wasted my gas to get out there at 6 and he tells me guy in the bay cant do it. Waste of time and honestly careless"

The guys at Pep Boys knew we were coming in close to closing time and still managed to get me two new tires before 8pm. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They gave us several options for tires and explained the warranty features. I can’t recommend this store enough!"
