"I came in with a damaged tire. Waited over a half hour to hear the tire was bad and I needed $1600 of work done. But the big problem was you told me my radiator was leaking and needed replaced for $500. I went home and found that the fluid was low and coolant was evident across the top seam of the radiator. I added water to the mark in the tank and washed off the coolant you had spread and drove the car 3 days checking each day. There was no problem with it. I wrote to Firestone and reported what happened. I hope there are repercussions."

"Very disappointed in the service provided by this location. I paid for a lifetime alignment only to find out the tech did not even touch the vehicle. The steering wheel was still not centered, and I am afraid my new tires will wear out quickly. How do I know there were no adjustments made? There were no witness marks on the tie rods. Luckily I took it to another Firestone and they fixed the issue. The photos below are post alignment, you can see the tie rod had no tool marks, and the wheel is tilted to the left while going straight."
