"Chad Miller and his team are stand up guys! Our 2016 Tahoe's transmission went out and they replaced it with a rebuilt one. Unfortunately the rebuilt transmission had faulty parts, so Chad had to order another one. To our disbelief, that transmission was faulty as well. Chad had to order a third rebuilt transmission, and fortunately we're now back on the road. This experience was frustrating for both of us, but Chad saw it through to the end. He did everything to make it right. It's refreshing to finally find an honest, hardworking shop. Thank you, Chad Miller!"

"Brought our 2018 equinox here to fix a check engine code. It took two trips (I understand and was not charged second time) My issue comes with the service advisor Jason? I believe is his name I was waiting for my vehicle and another appointment came after me had his car serviced and left (1.5 hr after my apt time) When I asked Jason why my car wasn’t looked at he assured me multiple times they are working on in it currently, 5 min later the mechanic walked into to START working on my car Then the advisor argued that other easier cars go first, I understand that but why even have appointments? I told him all I wanted was honesty from him on whether my car is worked on or anything Upon pickup of car dealt with Chad the advisor and Tony the mechanic. Both great guys who kept it honest (all anyone can hope for) TLDR: Jason will not be honest with you, seemed to be more focused on his breakfast sandwiches than the customers. I will return here because of the great techs, not the dishonesty"
