Lift previously had Interstate batteries installed and one of them developed a "bubble" on top and Interstate wouldn't warranty the batteries but offered to sell me new ones for 340.00/each. Seriously?? Yea, these held up so well lets buy two more??? Anyhow, Stephanie at Advanced Battery got me taken care of for less than half of what Interstate wanted for the exact same spec battery. "For a company that just does one thing, they sure are awful at doing it. For 2 years i put up with them delivering the wrong batteries to our shop, several days later than they said they would, and then randomly charging me for those purchases 6-8 weeks later. Over and over again. The route manager was the nicest guy who tried really hard but he was always put in an awkward position by the company's stupidity. Now I buy our batteries on ebay for 30% less, get better product and surprisingly stellar customer service from a company 2500 miles away."
