As a result, his coffee is fantastic and his selection of drinks on his menu keeps it refreshing. "I had a Carmel sauce cortado based off the baristas suggestion and I couldn’t be more pleased. The espresso was perfectly brewed and the service was wonderful. I came back for a lavender oatmilk latte and it’s now part of my daily routine to stop and chat with Mr. Trippy Buck. As a coffee connoisseur, this is some of the best brewed coffee I’ve had. There’s a Starbucks not too far away and I will never go again. AND the price is right here! If I could advertise for Mr. Trippy Buck I would."

"I stopped by today and absolutely loved it!! The owner of the truck explained the unique background of the coffee shop, with the beans essentially sourced from his family farm in Ecuador and roasted in San Antonio. The flavor of the cordato (4 shots + White Chocolate Syrup) are unlike I’ve ever had, displaying a richness and complexity unlike most coffee shops in West/North Campus. If you’re a coffee lover please treat yourself and stop by here before class, as its quality blows practically everything else in the area out of the water."
