"I had a last minute walk in oil change at this location, saw the sign advertising a manager’s special. It was Saturday night right before closing but the employees said no problem. They took my car, placed on the lift, and immediately notified me of a hazardous situation. My tires, 2 front, were worn to the point of over a foot of the wires being exposed. I was going on a road trip the next day and their keen observation saved me and potentially anyone I could have impacted with tire blowing out. It wasn’t an “if” it happened, it was a “when”. Ariel and Alexandra took time out of their Saturday night to stay after closing and change my tires. This was above and beyond the duties of their employment. They could have decided they were finished with their shifts and left. Instead they took the moral high road and assisted in avoiding a definite disaster for me. I had my vehicle at 3 shops over the course of a week and none said a thing. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Ariel. Great management sets the tone for the workplace. Thank you. I’ll be a repeat customer. You’ve got to see the pictures of the tires!"

"Ariel is great. Very knowledgeable. While I am thankful and appreciative, I didn’t like how the mechanic assigned to work on my vehicle decided to walk off and get a snack at Wal Mart before finishing the job. All he had to do was put the tires on. Instead, I had to wait there another 30 minutes for him to mosey back with his bag of goodies, then finish. I may not return."
