"Terrible customer service, employees were high to the point that they couldent read part numbers. Was treated rudely when I called to discuss the issue after I had to drive 45 mins 38 miles home. Then had to race back to make it there in time and when I made it waited in the lobby for 5-10 minutes for someone to walk to the empty lobby and address me. Then when they finally do they come retrieve the wrong fender and proceeds to drop it multiple times and state out loud “oh well no one is getting that one.”When I asked what could be done about the time and mileage that I had to waste due to their error and was told that they couldent do any thing about it McDonald’s has better and more competent employees."
