"They are no where experienced very cocky employees onky 2 work for this company. In my opinion they lied and rescheduled my appointment due to parts weren't in, they never ordered part's. Now they say my icemajwr will not dispense ice it's full of lint. All ge did was clean the lint and charge the warranty insurance . What a rip off..don't trust them"

"Michael was great. Arrived earlier than expected. Fixed refrig was pleasant and explained everything he was doing to us. Richard who answers phone was always helpful and very pleasant. Hopefully will not need another repair but if we do. I will use this company."

"The technician Michael does not know what he is doing. He is very cocky, in answering to the customer and he ended up braking my washer and scratching all up trying to open it. "Once they got all the parts for my very common model of Whirlpool dryer, I finally got it fixed 8 DAYS after I called in my warranty request, and on the 2nd visit. They ought to change their name to “Maybe we have your parts but we’ll probably have to order them and then we’ll fix it the second time whenever we come out” but I guess that is a little long, and wouldn’t get them much business. On the plus side, Michael was very competent, pleasant, and informative. I could have ordered the parts myself, and had it fixed the next day, but didn’t want to void my 5 year extended warranty."

"dispatched by Lowes warranty. Called and set up and appointment, assessed the repair needed, ordered a parts and repaired. They kept me in the loop when a part was difficult to get a hold of and when it did arrive, they went out of their way to fit me in ASAP. Overall great experience"
