"I was looking for a place that sold menudo near me. I chose this place based on the reviews. I ordered the menudo To-Go. My first reaction was the menudo was a little light on color. I'm used to a darker reddish-orange color. Second, there wasn't any hominy (maize kernels)..for me that's the best part of the menudo, very disappointed. Overall, the flavor was ok, but I will not be ordering menudo from there again."

"Food was excellent! Micheladas were very good. We went on a Saturday night, which happened to be karaoke night. The music was great, good mixture of oldies and new school. Waitresses needed a bit of help though, as the place was packed and only 2 waitresses were on the floor. Definitely authentic Mexican homemade food, I’ll be back soon."

"A Personal Recommendation for Mexican Cuisine! If you're looking for a cozy atmosphere and delicious food, Los Agaves is definitely worth checking out. I always go for the Tacos Rancheros, but the Grilled Beef Fajita plate is also a great choice. The meat is always perfectly seasoned, and the Pico de Gallo is incredibly fresh. Additionally, if you're not a fan of refried beans, you can easily substitute them for rancho beans. Trust me, everything is delicious, and I highly recommend a visit."

"I arrived closer to 9pm and everyone was so warm and welcoming! It was a late night birthday dinner and I was really craving a marg. The prices were excellent. The food, even better. I’m not a fan of charro beans but theirs were killer!! I ordered the steak & chicken fajitas. Will definitely return! What a great lowkey dinner for celebrating another year. Oh and I saw a sign for karaoke. I think it may have read Sunday. Either way, I’m a fan. Thanks y’all!"

"This is a very clean establishment. Service was very nice. Funky looking decor. Food was great!! Loved my Al carbon and egg tacos. The wife had eggs with cactus!? She thought it was too soft? I ate it all! I liked it! The horchata was okay. Parking is plenty. Come early on the weekends, man it got Packed! At 11 am. All this time, I've only been going to Brenda's, this place is closer. I'll definitely be coming again. They had a juke box on the side."
